PokeSkies: Amiran colours

Just something small, since people were wanting to see a coloured version so quickly White hair it is!

A friend told me to make it more bright since Amiran's a performer, but...
I would increase the amount of blue here, but there technically is no blue on ENTEI. I only got blue because the greys on the ref picture I got are actually really dull blues.
His scarf and inner pants are the actual ENTEI brown.
His tail is actually that colour OTL
Any brighter and his pants would make him look like a clown.

Any help here?
